To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you indicate an address where you are sure to be present during the day (your office for example). We do not deliver post box.

 

Our shipping methods :

Buy online and get your items for free in store (subject to availability and within 2 to 4 hours). On Paris and Lyon only. Service available soon.

_ Steed
Delivery in 1 hour in Paris and near suburbs. Service available soon.

_ Tracking Letter
Secured delivery in 24 to 48 hours, with tracking number. Home delivery in mailbox.

_ Colissimo
Secure shipping in 48h with tracking number. Deposit at home or at your place of work, without signature. In case of absence, the postman lets the package at the nearest post office.

_ Express DHL
Secure delivery in 24h, at home with signature. If you are absent at the time of delivery, DHL will return the next day. If you are absent again, a notice will be left in your mailbox to arrange a new delivery.

 


 

Return Policy

If your jewelry or shoes do not suit you, you can send a return request within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Download the dedicated Return Form to send us by email (bonjour.annethomas@gmail.com) your request.

Once your request received, we send you the instructions to return the product. Returns are free from metropolitan France. For jewelry returns and from the rest of the world, all return costs are your responsibility. In sales periods, all returns are your responsibility.

Return packages sent to the wrong address or too long delays, will be refused.

In case of refusal of receipt by the customer, and a return shipper through the transport provider, we can not accept the return beyond 14 days, from the date of refusal.

We check the product, once received. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their boxes or packaging. Shoes and jewellery must not have been worn or damaged. We advise you to try your pair of shoes on a carpet so as not to mark the sole. If the returned products do not respect these conditions, we will not be able to accept your return.

 

Refund

For a refund request, we proceed as quickly as possible in the days following receipt of the return. We refund the value of the item and not the delivery charges previously due. For a refund following a free delivery, we deduct shipping costs applicable to the delivery area concerned.

 

Exchange

Following your exchange request, we will keep you informed of the availability of the desired model. Upon receipt of the pair to be exchanged (according to the conditions described above), a payment link is sent to you to pay the new transport cost and possibly a supplement in case of product of a higher amount. For an exchange with a product of a lower amount, we take into account this difference and if necessary, we will refund the difference.

 

Credit Note

For a credit note request, you will receive a voucher to keep preciously for reuse in your next order. No time limit of use.

 

Click&Collect Return Policy

Pay attention, for the orders delivered in Click & Collect, thank you to proceed to the request of return via the Return Form, while respecting the deadlines previously stated. For an exchange, you can try new models directly at the store. However, please note that no refund will be made on store, we will send the information to the headquarters which will refund you the following days.
